Step 3: WRITE A PURCHASE AGREEMENT
Next, your Builder Sales Representative will work with you to create the purchase agreement. This document confirms your build site and floor plan.

Step 4: PERSONALIZE HOME WITH COLOR/OPTION SELECTIONS
While Renters 2 Buyers will build your house, you will make it a home! Personalize your home by selecting colors, flooring, cabinets, and many other design elements.
Step 5: GROUND BREAKING ON YOUR NEW HOMESITE
It begins! At this stage, Renters 2 Buyers obtains permits and begins the foundation work. You will receive notifications from Renters 2 Buyers at key milestones, so you can track the progress.
Step 6: FRAMING STARTS
This step takes approximately 7 days. At this point, we also confirm the closing date for your new home!
Step 7: WEEKLY PROGRESS REPORTS BEGIN
We’ll keep you updated on our progress. Plus, your Builder Sales Representative will send you photos and videos, so you can see your new home take shape.
Step 8: CONSTRUCTION PROGRESSES
We’ll continue to update you on the progress. You’ll receive more photos and texts through the sheetrock, flooring, top out, and interior trim stages.
Step 9: FINAL MORTGAGE CONFIRMATION & PREPARE FOR CLOSING
With your mortgage loan approved, your Builder Sales Representative will officially congratulate you on your new home. A Renters 2 Buyers closing coordinator will now contact you to help you prepare the final necessary documents.
Step 10: R2B QUALITY INSPECTION
This is not your ordinary home inspection! Renters 2 Buyers completes a thorough inspection on your new home to ensure that all systems are working properly and that the home is constructed to our specifications and quality standards.
Step 11: FIRST WALK-THRU & SIGN-OFF WALK-THRU
View your finished dream home for the first time! Renters 2 Buyers provides owners with a thorough homeowner orientation during this first walk-through. We familiarize you with all aspects of your home, including smart technology and energy efficient features. We also answer any questions, and make sure you know how to reach the R2B Customer Care team 24/7.
Step 12: CLOSE, MOVE-IN, & ENJOY YOUR NEW DSLD HOME
